The 2020 Competition
Welcome to the Cincinnati Kosher BBQ Cook-Off & Festival (CKBBQ) organized by Adath Israel Congregation. For 2020, the organizing committee has once again partnered with the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) so that this year’s event is again sanctioned as a KCBS “Competitors Event."
The Cincinnati Kosher BBQ Cook-Off & Festival is a fully kosher event under the supervision of Cincinnati Vaad Hoier (Vaad). All food, food supplies, food related items, equipment, consumables, and fuel used in the event must meet with the approval of the Vaad.
